Due to severe weather the meeting has been rescheduled for Monday August 25, 2008 at 6:30 p.m
Hello Everyone:
We hope all are well and having a wonderful Summer. Our next Board of Directors meeting has been scheduled for Monday August 18th, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the Ridges Clubhouse. Mike Blanchette from the Security Committee has arranged for BSO and Marill Security to attend and discuss among other things the security concerns of our community in regards to recent car break-ins, arson of common property and recent home burglary so please be sure to urge everyone in your neighborhood to attend and learn ways to protect our homes and our community. They will be speaking from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. so please be sure to arrive early. In addition, we will introduce our new property manager from Miami Management along with other key staff members.
As always your comments, ideas and concerns are welcomed and very much appreciated and we thank all of those who continue to dedicate your time and efforts in helping to make our community a great neighborhood.
See you all on August 18th.

Residents - Please lock your vehicles
Car burglaries in residential neighborhoods tend to be a crime of opportunity, due to the fact that many people leave items in their vehicle and their vehicle unlocked. In 2007, 64% of car burglaries in Weston were of unlocked vehicles.
Take away that opportunity.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS:
POOL AREA AND TOT LOT HOURS: Sunrise to Sunset
Keys must be used AT ALL TIMES to ENTER and EXIT the Pool and Tot Lot areas . Jumping over the gate or fence to enter or exit the pool area will be considered Trespassing and in violation of the Home Owners Association Rules and Regulations. For security reasons, new surveillance equipment has been installed in these areas and regular monitoring will be taking place. Please help us in the implementation of this new security measure to help protect our beautiful facilites.
NOTE: Keys can be obtained by calling the Clubhouse Coordinator at 954-868-4433.
Effective as of June 5, 2008 the pool and tot lot will have new locks installed. These locks will work with your current bathroom keys for both areas. If you have lost your key or do not have a key we will be at the clubhouse/pool area on Friday, May 30, 2008 from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. and on Saturday, May 31, 2008 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. with keys for sale. The purchase price for the keys is $5.00 and only two per household will be allowed. Please bring proper picture I.D. i.e. drivers license. (If you are a new owner please bring a copy of your warranty deed or settlement statement).
We have enclosed a copy of the existing pool rules. Please make sure that your family and guests are familiar with these rules as they are for every ones safety.
